At Mewz, we want you to feel good about what you wear. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Eligibility

Items can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Process

Please place your return or exchange request here: Return & Exchange Request
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1 business day
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
Refunds are transferred once we receive your returned item. Please note that couriers do not handle cash refunds.
Notes

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Please note that, as per our courier’s policy, opening the package upon delivery is not allowed. If you wish to return or exchange, you still have a 5-day window to contact us, and our team will handle it for you.
